Update: Suspect arrested.
A man was shot in the leg on a platform at the Broadway Red Line station around 5:30 p.m.
Transit Police report Boston EMS transported him to a local hospitals with injuries not considered life threatening.
Transit Police report they are continuing to look for a suspect.
Because of the need to shut the platform for the investigation, the T extended its shuttle-bus Red Line replacement between North Quincy and Broadway to Park Street.
