Driver rescued from car after driving into the Muddy River at Charlesgate

Around 9:40 p.m. Boston firefighters found the driver on top of her car and got her out of the water.

Most common being recent ethanol consumption and OWHUA

But I suspect that the river wasn't wearing high viz clothing and lights. Or maybe it "stepped out in front of the car" or was "moving too slowly".
