I wonder if it's related to the shooting on Walnut near Washington Park last week. I believe the shooter(s) from that one fled in this direction.

he was just test firing a gun.

He had just purchased the firearm from someone. After the money transaction they go there own ways, the seller waits for the shots to leave. If no shots are fired they meet back to see whats wrong with the gun.
