Boston Police report arresting a 15-year-old in the Mildred Hailey development yesterday on charges he shot a man in the shoulder at 51 Prentiss St. in the Alice Taylor development on Jan. 30.
Police say that after arresting the 15-year-old, too young to have his name released, around 7:20 p.m., officers with a search warrant recovered a rifle, four handguns, magazines, ammunition and drugs from his apartment at 279 Centre St.
The teen was charged with assault to murder, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of a loaded firearm, discharging a firearm withing 500 feet of a building and unlawful possession of ammunition for the shooting, police say, adding he will be additionally charged for the items found in his apartment.

This is both sad and terrifying , a kid that young with that many guns and using them on other people:( But what about his parents? They should be held accountable unless he's somehow renting the apartment by himself?

Where are the parents? I'm not sure a 15-year-old can afford the rent here.
