A Truman Parkway habitue pleads with the Mayor's Hotline to get a Coffee Break Cafe where the new Stop & Shop is going in.
The Hotline responds, "your case has been resolved," which is probably a polite way of saying "no."

The hotline seemed like such a great ides, but after having several legitimate issues (missing manhole cover, broken street light, etc.) answered with "Your case has been resolved" and not seeing the repair happen, I gave up on it.
OK, who's the wise guy?

They should have a "Your case has been ignored" response.

Coffee Break Cafe actually does have some excellent coffee, it's more of a South Shore company though with two locations in Quincy and one recently closed in Braintree. I actually love the idea because it would allow me to get their coffee because the other locations aren't convenient for me anymore
