Transit Police report they are looking for this grinning man for an incident at the State Street T stop around 11:10 p.m. on Sunday, in which he allegedly attacked and kicked a person, then forced the person to a nearby ATM to withdraw money.

A Suffolk Superior Court judge yesterday sentenced Imer Soto, 33, of Dorchester, to 9 to 10 years in state prison for raping a woman who got into a car she thought was her Uber ride home from the Black Rose on State Street in 2016, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports. Read more.
The Globe reports somebody was taken to Massachusetts General in bad shape after being hit by a vehicle at Merchants Row and State Street around 9 a.m. Because of the severity of the person's injuries, the homicide and fatal-crash reconstruction units were called in.
