Like it or not, people in this country have a right to have their viewpoint heard. Abortion protesters are no different than anti-war protesters, unions, or the tea party people.
Can I get a 35' boundary around me walking down the street to shield me from panhandlers, Save The Planet Crusaders and other uninvited solicitors? Seriously, what's the difference? Free speech is free speech.
what's the difference between pro-life protesters and save the planet crusaders? to be honest, i haven't heard of too many greenpeace solicitors with bombs. and they don't usually heckle you while you're trying to make one of the hardest decisions a woman can make.
If you want to make the claim that some people in Greenpeace have never resorted to violence in their actions, you can but you'd be living in a fanstasyland.
I bet there are fridge elements of many organizations, who might do something illegal. I don't think the rights of the majority need to be infridged on because there might be some kooks somewhat related to their organization. But I know some people only accept the viewpoints of people they agree with and everything else is labeled as "dangerous". I hope you're not part of that group.

When a solicitor tracks you to your church and blows you away, I'll shed a tear. When a Save The Planet Crusader makes it to the FBI 10 Most Wanted list, I'll start to fear the blue vests. When any of those people think of me as an enemy of their God and justify their hatred with their faith, then you might have a point.
And no, the mentally ill panhandlers don't count.
This isn't about free speech. It's about interfering in the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness of others. If these protesters withheld their actions to only those of free speech, then this never would have come up. But that doesn't yield them any results so they continued to push and encroach into the doctors', nurses', and patients' private lives. They didn't know how to behave so they brought these rules on themselves. They're lucky they don't get hit with stalking laws more often, too.

Sometimes abortion is a necessary act. Adopt the baby or shut the fuck up and go home. Better yet, drop dead.
