Bald eagle in Cutler Park

I don't know, I love the river views, but seems kinda small.

Mary Ellen traversed the Charles this morning and spotted a couple of bald eagles in Cutler Park along the Needham/Dedham line, across from West Roxbury - possibly checking out good nesting spots.

Boston Restaurant Talk reports an outlet of the Jersey Mike's sub chain has opened in a (gasp!) closed Dunkin' Donuts in that sort of rotary where Washington Street and Providence Highway (no longer confused with Rte. 1!) meet in Dedham.

Patricia Melnitsky, 67, died Nov. 5.

She had many passions and interests, including keeping tabs on the criminality of the current President and his administration; mercifully, she lived to see him voted out of office.

The challenges faced by the Boston housing market have been well documented in 2020. The pandemic has caused massive shifts in urban population distribution in metropolitan areas all across the country, and Boston is no exception. It effectively took one of the nation’s hottest real estate markets and caused it to come to a grinding halt as apartment vacancies soar all over the city.

No ketchup

Every day, it seems like people look at the empty toilet-paper and chicken shelves at the Dedham Stop & Shop and go "Oh, no, what can I buy instead?!?" Today, the store was completely out of ketchup. Who knew ketchup was going to be in such high demand during an apocalypse?

The store was also completely out of frozen pizzas, except a few flatbread pizzas and "pizza" made out of cauliflower, which pretty much proves nobody wants that stuff.
