The Patriots report a player has tested positive for Covid-19. ESPN reports it's Cam Newton.
Looks like the sportsball team for the town I live in is not doing so well.
You caught me red handed. Nice sleuthing! ;-)
Is that the same sportsball team that has donated more than 45 million to charities over the last 20 years? I bet you donated 46 tho huh?
According to a quick search the team brings in an average of 400 million every year for the past 20 years.
So giving 45 million over 20 years is pathetically small for a donation.
about an organization (any organization or anyone) giving over $2 million a year to charities?
Ya you're right, they should have given all the money..............or none of it (since it was such a paltry sum)......which do you think the charity would have like more?
I think complimenting one of the wealthiest teams in the US for donating a whopping 0.1% of their revenue to charity is foolish.
They donated the use of their plane to get PPE from China when Trump's minions had stolen other shipments, and that's the reason why some people in this state are alive today. Your snottiness is not a good look.
I'm pretty sure a healthy young guy like Cam will be fine though.
Would have prevented it. I bathe in he stuff daily and feel like a million bucks.
It only cost me a 1/2 mil so it's quite the bargain.
Even younger, healthier people, without any underlying medical conditions, have become severely ill with, died from Covid-19, or if they've survived, ended up with severe and permanent heart, lung, and neurological problems
the truth into some business as usual nonsense. That will rub fans the wrong way.
although coming clean may not deliver the happy ending we’re all looking for, the organization would certainly avoid an unsightly stain on their legacy.
Critical mass is critical!
