The city of Boston will not replace them between the months of December and march. Apparently the lives of pedestrians are only worth trying to protect when it's warm out. Apparently state laws don't apply when it's winter and you are a car driver.
That this is the example of why they wait until snow plowing season is over, right?
I mean, they could just not have them at all.
Do they not have painted crosswalks in Brighton?
