For awhile now, MoveOn has been organizing potential protests should Robert Mueller be fired. Just in case, here's the Boston info.
Oh, and look who's coming to Massachusetts next month.
“We just had Bridget the Midget there so when we took her sign down, we put her’s (Daniels) up,” club owner Kevin Moury said Sunday.
Trump's former campaign manager, former deputy campaign manager, former foreign policy aide, former national security adviser, and former lawyer have all either pleaded guilty or been found guilty of federal crimes. If any Trump voter would like to choose country over political party and apologize for putting a scumbag criminal in the white house, there is no time like the present.
Just stop supporting these criminals and start supporting your country. You can keep the apology.
Anyone who clicks the "Oh, look who's coming..." link will surely join me in thanking you 1 million times, Adam, for 3 words: Bridget the Midget.
Very much unlike its neighbors Newburyport and Amesbury. I saw Trump signs all over Ferry Road the last time I biked there. Could be an interesting scene.
The Arkansas of Massachusetts.
Trailers an inbreeding abound.
I believe Robert Mueller is safe and can keep spending millions since there was no Trump collusion with Russia and not one vote was changed. Hillary and the Democrat party just ran a terrible campaign. The President has stayed out of the investigation although he is in charge.
Far-left but esteemed Harvard Professor Attorney Alan Dershowitz admits the special counsel is on a witch hunt. Long before Trump, another highly respected Boston attorney Harvey Silverglate (friend of Dershowitz) wrote the book Three Felonies A Day which I highly recommend. Anyone of us could be charged and given the choice to plead guilty or lose everything. That's what's happening here, no Russia collusion.
Interesting Hillary hasn't been charged for home bathroom computer server with classified information, smashed cell phones and bleaching of all files under subpoena, all felonies not to mention selling US uranium to Russia and paying for the fake dossier.
Very Russian thing to engage in. As Russian as borscht and vodka.
I miss 2016 when posters on message boards declared "strawman" instead of "whataboutism" as their preferred retort.
You should stop playing.
Strawman: what if I cried so hard I wet my pants! Would you care then?
Whataboutism: it doesn't matter that I stole the cookies because Matt spit on the cat!
Logical fallacies are very much like whack-a-mole (Fish, does not rhyme with guacamole, just FYI). When you stomp one down hard enough, a different one becomes the de rigeur argumentative tactic.
is not the horse you want to hitch your wagon to. Even the Clinton camp couldn't stand him and his whiny sucking up to HRC. I believe the quote was "We need to zap Lanny out of our universe".
PS- Davis was making the cable news rounds last night and already walked all these statements back. Cohen had no knowledge of Trump knowing about the Trump Tower meeting. He had no knowledge of Trump knowing about any hacking, and he had NEVER been in Prague, as the fake dossier states.
Care to share any actual sources on the claims being walked back?
You could always check the CNN website. He walked it back like a Hillary victory speech.http://dailycaller.com/2018/08/22/lanny-davis-dispute-trump-tower-cohen/
"Lanny Davis Obliterated CNN’s ‘Bombshell’ Report About Michael Cohen And Trump Tower"
Sorry about using the DC, but hey, it's my comment. It's all in the article.
"But Cohen’s lawyer now says that bombshell report got “mixed up”
Boy, this guy sure get mixed up easily.
“So Michael Cohen does not have information that President Trump knew about the Trump Tower meeting with the Russians beforehand or even after?” CNN’s Anderson Cooper asked Davis. [through his tears-ed]
“No, he does not,” replied Davis, a longtime Clinton insider who started representing Cohen earlier this summer."
Going to be an interesting September and October...
I'm just impressed that a witch hunt actually ended up catching some witches!
Your boy is going down:
And yet, he persists.
I presume that you mean Uranium one. Do you have any information to indicate any of that uranium was ever exported to Russia or other hostile countries? You realize the NRC governs this, right? This is critical to the claim that HRC "sold russia uranium".
Also has any part of the dossier been disproven? I realize its a collection of intelligence reports, and much of it has turned out to be true, like the Trump tower meeting.
no collusion: checkthe only collusion was with the democrats: checkcitation of obscure tangentially not-republican public figure for appeal to authority: checkwhy doesn't any one investigate hillary clinton: check
blame obama, what about illegal immigrants?, and actually, collusion isn't even a crime are all still on the board, folks! who's next?
Your butt buddy, you rump-swab, is going down - bigly - and you can’t do a thing about it.
BTW, you are like Donnie 2-Scoops - no release of taxes (afraid of what they will reveal) & your employment history (also, afraid of what it will reveal)
is far left. lol
what brain cells are responsible for the computation that an ongoing investigation will lead to a conclusion when it in fact concludes?
what achievement of human development makes this knowledge knowable?
any brain scientists or phrenologists want to weigh in?
When news of the payoff to Madame Daniels first came out last year, the claim was made that Trump paid it out of Trump funds. That would have been sleazy, but not illegal since neither hush money in general nor a candidate spending arbitrary sums of his own money toward his election are illegal.
Then the story got twisted into Trump directing Cohen to make the payment and then reimbursing him. Which again is legal for the same reason. Now Cohen claims he made the payment himself, implicating himself in going over the 2500 limit for a campaign contribution but then he also says he did it at the direction of the very same person for whom making such a payment would have been perfectly legal.
So Trump's defense is that he was going to reimburse Cohen, or direct him to bill Trump for services rendered. Interestingly, Cohen is also pleading guilty to embezzlement from the Trump Organization. Seems to me these things are only criminal if looked at in isolation but if taken collectively could be argued to be perfectly legal, if distasteful. The fact that they had Cohen on so.ething else is the only reason they got him to plead on making the payment on behalf of Trump. BUT: that's Cohen's problem. Trump's defense is that everything excluding Cohen's other crimes should be taken together rather in isolation, in which case no crime was committed even if Cohen chose to plead guilty to something that in isolation looks illegal but in context with other actions is not which he did only to make a deal based on his other legal troubles.
No, Cohen did not plead guilty to embezzlement from TrumpOrg. A charitable reading of the charging document is that he made illegal contributions to the Trump campaign without knowledge of Individual-1, but only if you squint really really hard and miss lots of words, like the stuff about his payments getting "grossed up."
The document's not really hard to parse, it has a minimum of legalese, so spend 15 minutes actually reading it. If you need help figuring out who Individual-1, Women 1 and 2 and the like are, I'm sure we can help you out.
