I wonder if they're going to pretend it was beef raised in Boston, but actually truck it in from the midwest.
The article mentions that Boston Beer Co. isn't interested in selling the steak, only in promoting the pairing of their beer with great meals, including this "innovative" cut of steak...which isn't all that innovative if you ask the rest of the world. Brazilians call it "picanha".
